Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your ParallelSandbox account and what happens to your data. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Delete your account in the app
Sign in at app.parallelsandbox.com (or open the desktop or mobile app), then:
- Go to Account.
- Choose "Delete my account".
- Confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
2. If you cannot sign in
If you cannot sign in, for example because you no longer have access to your GitHub account, you can ask us by email to delete your account.
Email runvo.tech@gmail.com from the primary email address of your GitHub account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request", and include your GitHub username. We reply within 30 days.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your boxes: running boxes are stopped.
- Files, screenshots and recordings you kept, and the logs you sent.
- Secrets and API keys.
- Environments and connector settings.
- Push notification tokens of the mobile apps.
- Your profile: GitHub login name, email address and avatar.
Kept
Billing and payment records (Stripe invoices, credit purchase and usage records) are kept as accounting and tax law requires, without your profile.
Subscriptions, credits and the GitHub App
- An active subscription is cancelled immediately, without a refund.
- Remaining credits are lost.
- Signing up again with the same GitHub account does not give the free credits again.
The ParallelSandbox GitHub App stays installed on GitHub until you uninstall it there, under Settings → Applications (for an organization, in that organization's settings).
